Tip: If your chest circumference is, for example, 103 cm, we recommend size 105 cm = size M. For in-between sizes, it is better to choose the larger size.

• Tape over all connections (protect male/female plugs)
• Hand-clean with lukewarm water
• Use mild cleaning agents
• Do not use a washing machine or dryer
• Allow to dry thoroughly
• Reconnect only once completely dry
