Heated motorcycle trousers as a midlayer for maximum comfort in cold temperatures.

The Gerbing Heated Trouser Liner was developed to be worn underneath regular motorcycle trousers and to evenly warm the legs and hips. Thanks to its elastic fit, Thinsulate® insulation, and MicroWire® heating technology, it keeps you comfortably warm even on long winter rides without adding bulk.

The back is made of highly elastic stretch material, providing excellent comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement.

POWER SUPPLY

The trousers operate on 12 volts.

They can be powered in two ways:

• Directly from the motorcycle battery

The included battery cable is used for this purpose. A Gerbing Single Temperature Controller is also required to regulate the temperature.

• Through the Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner

If you already own the Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner, the trousers can be powered directly via its accessory connection. A separate battery cable for the trousers is then no longer required.

Not compatible with the Gerbing Basic Heated Jacket Liner.

CONNECTIONS

The trousers feature:

• a power connection for the battery or Premium Heated Jacket Liner

• integrated connections in both legs for directly connecting heated Gerbing Socks

This allows the entire lower half of the body to be heated through a single system.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Depending on the connection, there are two options:

• Direct connection to the motorcycle battery

→ Temperature control via a Gerbing Single Temperature Controller (sold separately).

• Connection to the Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner

→ The temperature can be controlled together with the jacket using its temperature controller.

How to measure correctly

Measure the circumference of your dominant hand at the widest part of the palm (excluding the thumb).

Heated gloves should not create significant pressure around the knuckles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

HEATED JACKETS

How to measure correctly

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest.

Gerbing Heated Jacket Liners are intentionally cut close to the body. Stretch panels still provide plenty of freedom of movement. For the best heating performance, the jacket should fit as close to the body as possible.

If you are between two sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How to measure correctly

Measure your waist circumference where your motorcycle trousers normally sit.

The measurements shown correspond to the actual waistband circumference of the trousers before adjusting the hook-and-loop fasteners. The waistband can subsequently be tightened by approximately 10 cm using the hook-and-loop fasteners. The elastic material also allows for some stretch.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
