Heated motorcycle pants as a mid-layer for maximum comfort in cold temperatures.

The Gerbing Heated Trouser Liner is designed to be worn under regular motorcycle pants and evenly warm the legs and hips. Thanks to its elastic fit, Thinsulate® insulation, and MicroWire® heating technology, it keeps you comfortably warm on long winter rides without adding bulk.

The back is made of highly elastic stretch material, ensuring excellent comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement.

POWER SUPPLY

The pants operate on 12 volts.

It can be powered in two ways:

• Directly to the motorcycle battery

Use the included battery cable for this. A Gerbing Single Temperature Controller is also required to adjust the temperature.

• Through the Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner

If you already own the Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner, the pants can be powered directly through its accessory connection. A separate battery cable for the pants is then no longer required.

Not compatible with the Gerbing Basic Heated Jacket Liner.

CONNECTIONS

The pants feature:

• a power connection for a battery or Premium Heated Jacket Liner

• Integrated connections in both pant legs for directly connecting heated Gerbing Socks

This allows the entire lower half of the body to be heated by a single system.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Depending on the connection, two options are available:

• Direct connection to the motorcycle battery

→ Temperature control using a Gerbing Single Temperature Controller (sold separately).

• Connection to the Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner

→ The temperature can be controlled together with the jacket using its temperature controller.

NOTE ON USING HEATED CLOTHING

Heated clothing generates active heat. Please therefore note the following:

• Always start with the lowest heat setting and gradually increase the temperature as needed.
• Everyone reacts differently to heat. Sensitivity to heat can also vary by body area.
• If the heat feels uncomfortable or too intense, reduce the heat setting or switch off the product.

This way, you can enjoy comfortable warmth and avoid excessive heat exposure.

How to measure correctly

Measure the circumference of your dominant hand at the widest part of the palm (excluding the thumb).

Heated gloves should not create significant pressure around the knuckles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

HEATED JACKETS

How to measure correctly

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest.

Gerbing Heated Jacket Liners are intentionally cut close to the body. Stretch panels still provide plenty of freedom of movement. For the best heating performance, the jacket should fit as close to the body as possible.

If you are between two sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How to measure correctly

Measure your waist circumference where your motorcycle trousers normally sit.

The measurements shown correspond to the actual waistband circumference of the trousers before adjusting the hook-and-loop fasteners. The waistband can subsequently be tightened by approximately 10 cm using the hook-and-loop fasteners. The elastic material also allows for some stretch.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
