Shipping Terms
Thank you for your order at Motorrad Venture.
Shipping within the European Union
Shipping is carried out with DPD.
You can choose between delivery to your address or to a DPD Pickup parcel shop.
Items marked “in stock” are usually dispatched the next business day. We’ll contact you promptly if we anticipate a delay, including due to supply issues. For pre-orders, the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page applies.
Transit time depends on the destination and shipping service. The transit time shown at checkout starts when the order is dispatched.
Shipping outside the European Union
Shipping is carried out with DHL.
The delivery time depends on the respective destination country.
For DHL shipments outside the EU, any import fees, taxes and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order has been picked up by the shipping service provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email on the evening of the shipping day.
This email contains your tracking number as well as a link to track your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before you place your order.
Free standard shipping applies to orders of €199 or more after discounts to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Monaco, Czechia, Denmark, Slovakia, Italy, Poland and Sweden. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
