Shipping Terms
Thank you for your order at Motorrad Venture.
Shipping within the European Union
Shipping is carried out with DPD.
You can choose between delivery to your address or to a DPD Pickup parcel shop.
The delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping outside the European Union
Shipping is carried out with DHL.
The delivery time depends on the respective destination country.
Please note that import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. These must be borne by the recipient according to the regulations of the respective destination country.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order has been picked up by the shipping service provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email on the evening of the shipping day.
This email contains your tracking number as well as a link to track your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and displayed before you complete your order.
