Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,
or, in the case of multiple goods in a single order that are delivered separately, on the day you or a third party named by you took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

or via the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered.
Additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will be made promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Return of goods
You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than fourteen days after declaring the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of fourteen days.
The immediate costs of the return shipment are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend returning the goods securely for transport and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Compensation for value
You only have to bear the loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
An inspection of the goods is permitted to the extent that it would also be possible in a retail store.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed.
Newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.
Services after they have been fully performed and the consumer has expressly agreed beforehand that the execution should begin and was aware that this would result in the loss of their right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
To enable quick processing, we ask you to:
to return the goods completely,
to include all accessories, operating instructions, and supplied parts,
to carefully pack the goods.
These points are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Damaged or defective items
If an item is delivered damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will find a suitable solution together with you, such as replacement delivery, repair, price reduction, or refund according to the statutory warranty rights.
Exchange
There is no legal entitlement to an exchange.
If our stock allows, we are happy to assist you with a voluntary size or model exchange.
Please contact us before making a return.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the processing status.
Refunds are generally made via the originally used payment method.
The processing time also depends on the respective payment service provider.
