💶 RETURN & REFUND

Want to return an item? It's very easy:

  • Please report the return within 14 days of receipt, preferably by email.

  • Please send the item back to us within a further 14 days (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

  • Important: The item must be unused, clean, odor-free, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

After receipt in our warehouse, we usually refund the amount within one week via the original payment method.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please understand that we cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Underwear, helmets, helmet pads, water bottles, etc.

  • Opened or perishable products (e.g., food, sprays, lotions, wipes)

  • Custom-made and personalized items

  • Gift vouchers

Return and Refund Policy

Motorrad Venture MV GmbH

Valid for all orders placed through our online shop within the European Union.

By completing the order process, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these return and refund conditions.

1. Return Period

Customers have the right, according to applicable EU consumer protection regulations for distance contracts, to request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

The customer must inform Motorrad Venture MV GmbH of the desire to return within this period.

2. Mandatory Physical Return of Goods

A refund can only be made after the goods have been physically returned to Motorrad Venture MV GmbH.

A refund will only be issued if:

  • the returned goods have arrived at our return address or
  • the customer provides valid shipping and tracking proof of the return.

If no return is received and no valid tracking is provided, no refund can be issued.

3. Return Procedure

The customer is solely responsible for initiating the return and sending the goods back to Motorrad Venture MV GmbH.

The customer also bears:

  • the return shipping costs,
  • the choice of the shipping service provider,
  • as well as the obligation to provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.

4. Condition of the Returned Goods

Returns must:

  • complete,
  • used only within the scope of normal inspection,
  • in original packaging,
  • and returned with all accessories, labels, instructions, and components.

Refunds may be refused or reduced if the goods are damaged, incomplete, heavily used, or returned in an unacceptable condition.

5. Return Address

All returns must be sent to the following address:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is correctly addressed and sent with tracking.

6. Processing of the Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, any possible refund will be made via the originally used payment method.

If the goods are not returned to Motorrad Venture MV GmbH, there is no entitlement to a refund.

7. Customer Consent at Checkout

By placing an order through our online shop, the customer explicitly confirms their agreement to these return and refund conditions during the checkout process.
