With the VIP PASS, you benefit from clear, straightforward advantages for an entire year—regardless of sales or short-term promotions. You can use the VIP PASS both in the online shop and directly in my showroom in Hüttenberg.
The VIP PASS pays for itself from a purchase value of EUR 200 and is therefore worthwhile practically from your first larger order.

THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VIP PASS
How long is the PASS valid? The VIP PASS is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Example: Purchased on 15 March 2026 → valid until 31 March 2027.
Are any items or brands excluded? Items that are already discounted are excluded.
Can I give the VIP PASS as a gift? Yes. Purchase the PASS as usual and then contact us by email with both customers’ details. We will transfer the PASS accordingly.
How can I renew my VIP PASS? I will contact you at the end of your membership period and offer you an extension. You can then decide at your leisure what you would like to do. No pressure, no stress. When renewing, your original price will remain unchanged—even in the event of future price adjustments. This means loyal regular customers can continue to benefit from stable terms. Example: Year 1: EUR 30 → EUR 30 in the following years as well.
Can I order as a guest? No. Use of the VIP PASS is linked to your free customer account. The discount is only applied when you are logged in.
Does the discount apply retroactively? No. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
Can the VIP discount be combined with other promotions? Generally, no. The VIP PASS replaces other discount codes or special promotions.
Can I return the VIP PASS? No. The VIP PASS is an annual membership and is excluded from returns or refunds.
