How it works
1. Order your PASS: Add the VIP PASS and your desired VIP items to your cart together. You will automatically receive the 15% discount on eligible items with this order.
2. Receive your code: You will receive your VIP code by email within 48 hours. It is linked to your customer account or email address.
3. Enjoy your benefits: Log in to your customer account for subsequent online orders and enter your code. You can also purchase the PASS in the showroom and use it immediately.

How long is my VIP PASS valid?
Your PASS is valid for 12 months, until the end of the corresponding month in the following year. Example: Purchased on September 21, 2026 - valid until September 30, 2027.
Does the PASS renew automatically?
No. There is no automatic renewal and no subsequent charge. I will contact you personally before it expires. You decide whether you want to extend it for another 12 months at the same price of €30.
Which products qualify for the 15% discount?
Eligible products marked with a VIP price in the online shop. Already discounted items are excluded. The discount does not apply retroactively and generally cannot be combined with other discount codes or special promotions.
Do I need a customer account?
Yes. Your free customer account links your VIP code to your email address. Use this address for your orders.
Can I give the PASS as a gift?
Yes. Order the PASS and then contact me by email so I can assign it to the recipient.
