We have ended our partnership with KEIS. Since Brexit, import duties, customs formalities and complicated returns have made trade with the UK more difficult—for both private customers and retailers. In particular, size exchanges and warranty claims no longer meet our service standards. Our remaining KEIS items are therefore heavily discounted—while stocks last.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
KEIS handles warranty inquiries directly from customers in mainland Europe: martin.king@motohaus.com
OUR ALTERNATIVE: GERBING
We now rely on GERBING, Europe's No. 1 for heated motorcycle clothing. With a location in the Netherlands, delivery, exchanges and warranty claims within the EU are much easier and faster.
