• sit on a motorcycle wearing complete gear
• realistically assess fit, comfort, and freedom of movement

Especially with premium motorcycle apparel, the fit and cut can vary significantly depending on the manufacturer and model. Thanks to our experience, we can help you find the right size before placing your order.

We expand our range not by the number of brands, but by quality and practicality.

Every brand and product is carefully selected. Our goal is not to offer as much as possible, but products that we personally stand behind and can recommend with a clear conscience.

We ship from our warehouse in Hesse to Germany, all EU countries, and worldwide. Within the European Union, we ship with DPD. Outside the EU, we ship with DHL. The available shipping methods, shipping costs, and delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process.

We offer various secure payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others, depending on the delivery country. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment providers.

Yes. You can cancel your order within the statutory cancellation period. To do so, you can simply use our designated cancellation form .

The item must be returned complete, clean, and preferably in its original packaging. Special return conditions apply to certain product groups for hygiene or safety reasons. Please refer to the relevant information on the product page and our cancellation policy.

Depending on the manufacturer, warranty claims are handled either directly by Motorrad Venture or by the respective manufacturer.

Important note: Warranty inquiries for Keis products are handled directly by the manufacturer. In this case, please contact sales@motohaus.com by email.

Yes. We supply private customers, companies, public authorities, and organizations in Germany and internationally.

We are happy to prepare individual quotations and accommodate special requirements such as different billing and shipping addresses, intra-Community VAT-exempt deliveries (provided a valid VAT ID is available), or other project-specific requests.
