The Gerbing Xtreme Air differs most clearly from the other three models. Instead of a predominantly leather construction, it uses nylon textile on the back of the hand and goatskin on the palm. It also has a long cuff and flexible knuckle protection. This makes it especially appealing to touring riders who prefer a functional, flexible textile glove to a classic leather winter glove.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The waterproof Hipora® membrane reliably protects against moisture. For even better long-term protection, Gerbing recommends regularly waterproofing the leather/textile outer material. This helps heavy rain bead off and keeps the outer material light and comfortable for longer.

The right size is especially important for heated gloves: the glove should not feel tight or press against your knuckles, so the heat can be distributed evenly. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

NOTE ON USING HEATED CLOTHING

Heated clothing generates heat actively. Please note the following:

• Always start on the lowest heat setting and increase the temperature gradually as needed.
• Everyone responds differently to heat. Heat sensitivity can also vary depending on the area of the body.
• If the heat feels uncomfortable or too intense, reduce the heat setting or switch the product off.

This will keep you comfortably warm and help prevent excessive heat exposure.

Measure the circumference of your dominant hand at the widest part of the palm (excluding the thumb).

Heated gloves should not create significant pressure around the knuckles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest.

Gerbing Heated Jacket Liners are intentionally cut close to the body. Stretch panels still provide plenty of freedom of movement. For the best heating performance, the jacket should fit as close to the body as possible.

If you are between two sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How to measure correctly

Measure your waist circumference where your motorcycle trousers normally sit.

The measurements shown correspond to the actual waistband circumference of the trousers before adjusting the hook-and-loop fasteners. The waistband can subsequently be tightened by approximately 10 cm using the hook-and-loop fasteners. The elastic material also allows for some stretch.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
