Heated motorcycle jacket liner with MicroWirePRO® technology.

The Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner is the heart of the Gerbing heating system. Thanks to the patented MicroWirePRO® technology, it distributes heat evenly across the chest, back, collar, and sleeves, providing maximum comfort even in sub-zero temperatures.

The close-fitting design was specially developed to be worn under a motorcycle jacket. Elastic stretch panels ensure maximum freedom of movement without adding bulk.

POWER SUPPLY

The jacket operates on 12 volts and connects directly to the motorcycle battery. The required battery connection cable is already included.

Alternatively, the jacket can also be powered by an optional Gerbing 12V rechargeable battery (e.g., 9 Ah).

CONNECTIONS

There are three labeled connections inside the jacket:

• Jacket – supplies power to the jacket.
• Gloves – supplies power to heated Gerbing gloves.
• Accessory – for connecting heated pants or heated socks.

The glove connections run through both sleeves and can be stored in the integrated sleeve pockets when not in use.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The Gerbing Portable Digital Jacket Temperature Controller is already included.

This controller features:

• two plugs for the Jacket and Gloves connections in the jacket
• a power connection (motorcycle battery or 12V battery)

The jacket can be adjusted using the controller across 5 heat settings:

• Setting 1 = 20%
• Setting 2 = 40%
• Setting 3 = 60%
• Setting 4 = 80%
• Setting 5 = 100%

If you use Gerbing gloves from model year 2020 onward with an integrated push button, they are controlled directly on the glove. The controller only supplies power to the gloves.

For older Gerbing gloves (before 2020), a Gerbing Dual Temperature Controller is required instead.

The Portable Digital Controller can also be operated with the optionally available wireless remote control.

Warranty on the temperature controller: 3 years.

COMPATIBLE PRODUCTS

The jacket can be combined directly with the following Gerbing products: Gerbing heated gloves, pants, and socks.

It therefore serves as the central power supply for the entire Gerbing heating system.

Measure the circumference of your dominant hand at the widest part of the palm (excluding the thumb).

Heated gloves should not create significant pressure around the knuckles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest.

Gerbing Heated Jacket Liners are intentionally cut close to the body. Stretch panels still provide plenty of freedom of movement. For the best heating performance, the jacket should fit as close to the body as possible.

If you are between two sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How to measure correctly

Measure your waist circumference where your motorcycle trousers normally sit.

The measurements shown correspond to the actual waistband circumference of the trousers before adjusting the hook-and-loop fasteners. The waistband can subsequently be tightened by approximately 10 cm using the hook-and-loop fasteners. The elastic material also allows for some stretch.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
