Thanks to our size and the support of our community, we can regularly negotiate very good terms with manufacturers and pass these advantages on specifically to our most loyal customers. The VIP PASS was created exactly for this purpose.
With the VIP PASS, you benefit for a whole year from clear, straightforward advantages – independent of sales or short-term promotions. This is especially interesting for larger investments in premium brands like KLIM, SW-Motech, Keis, Arai and many more. You can use the VIP PASS both in the online shop and directly in my showroom in Hüttenberg.
The VIP PASS pays for itself starting from a purchase value of 200 EUR and is therefore worthwhile from the first larger order.

THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VIP PASS
How long is the PASS valid? The VIP PASS is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Example: Purchase on 15.03.2026 → valid until 31.03.2027.
Are there excluded items or brands? Already heavily discounted items are excluded.
Can I give the VIP PASS as a gift? Yes. Buy the PASS as usual and then contact us by email with both customer details. We will transfer the PASS accordingly.
How can I renew my VIP PASS? I will contact you at the end of your term and offer you a renewal. You then decide calmly what you want. No pressure, no stress. When renewing, your original price remains – even with future price adjustments. This way, loyal regular customers benefit permanently from stable terms. Example: 1st year 30 EUR → also in the following years still 30 EUR.
Can I also order as a guest? No. The use of the VIP PASS is tied to your free customer account. The discount is only applied if you are logged in.
Does the discount apply retroactively? No. Orders already placed cannot be discounted afterwards.
Is the VIP discount combinable with other promotions? Usually no. The VIP PASS replaces other discount codes or special offers.
Can I return the VIP PASS? No. The VIP PASS is an annual membership and is excluded from return or refund.
