Ok, with some "but"

I used the straps mostly to secure the soft panniers during my 3 months trip, What is most imporatnt - it did the job, whether working as deterrent or being able to resist tampering, it does not matter. There are some minor inconveniences though.
1. The straps are quite broad. And while following Youtube recomendations I got them for my panniers (Mosko Backcounty) to push them through locking bar had to fold it in half push it through, unfold and pull the rest. The size also contributes to the weight I guess which is quite big for such small item.
2. The straps need to be locked very tight otherwise by pulling the one side of the strap it can still move through the lock - it seems the surface might be bit to slippery. If they are locked close there is nothing to grip to pull hence the problem disapears.
3. I had issue with one of the locks. After 2-3 weeks of riding It just did not want to get key in. I sprayed bit WD-40 and then some While oil spray, but it did not help. Weirdly after next 3-4 weeks the issue disappeared so no idea what it was.
