Over five years of development, hundreds of prototypes, and countless lab tests led to a completely newly developed protector system that is lighter, thinner, more breathable, and more comfortable – without compromising protection.
Why did KLIM develop Rogue™ Armor?
KLIM pursued a clear goal:

Since no protector available on the market met these requirements, KLIM decided to develop its own system. For this purpose, an internal development team was established and a rapid prototyping lab was set up.

Rogue EXP – Even More Protection For Badlands Pro
The new Rogue EXP Level 2 was specially developed for KLIM’s premium models: Badlands Pro from 002, and Kodiak from 2026.
The biggest difference:
Up to 44% more protective surface area than conventional CE Level 2 protectors.
Additionally, each side of the body has its own shape. Left and right shoulder, elbow, knee, and hip each receive individually developed protectors that optimally adapt to the anatomy.
This improves both protection and wearing comfort.
Backward Compatible

Many Rogue™ Level 1 and Level 2 protectors can also upgrade older KLIM clothing.
