The protectors are made from an advanced blend of impact-absorbing polymers and offer an optimal combination of energy absorption, flexibility, low weight, and high breathability.

The specially developed structure effectively distributes impact forces while ensuring excellent comfort and maximum freedom of movement. Thanks to their flat design, the protectors can be easily integrated into compatible KLIM apparel.

The classic D3O Level 2 protectors are around 20 mm thick, while the new ROGUE Level 2 protectors are just 11 mm thick. The Rogue protector set is not compatible with the following KLIM jackets and pants:

• Badlands Pro, Generations 002 and 003, and current Gen 004 (since 2026)
• Badlands Pro A3, all generations
• Kodiak, current Generation 003 only (since 2026)

These three products require the ROGUE EXP protectors, which are wider and have a different shape.

They are not sold as a set because there are different sizes, which makes the combinations correspondingly complex. For these three suits, we therefore recommend selecting and ordering the desired ROGUE EXP protectors individually. These are also listed on our website.

Please note that the ROGUE back protector is identical in all KLIM jackets—there is no special EXP version for it.
