- Rogue Level 1 & Level 2: Fits almost all KLIM jackets and pants. Level 2 offers the highest protection, Level 1 is the best choice when maximum comfort is the priority.
- Rogue EXP: Fits only All Badlands Pro and A3 and Kodiak jackets and pants. Available only in Level 2.
KLIM Rogue™ Protectors
With the new Rogue™ protector series, KLIM presents a completely newly developed generation of motorcycle protectors. The result of more than five years of research and development is a protector system that is lighter, thinner, more flexible, and significantly better ventilated than previous generations, without compromising on protection.
Since no solution available on the market met KLIM's high standards, the company developed its own protector system entirely in-house. A dedicated development team for protective systems was established, a rapid prototyping lab was set up, and countless material blends and geometries were tested. The goal was to create a protector that combines maximum comfort with the highest impact protection.
New Polymer Technology
Rogue™ protectors are made from a specially developed shock-absorbing polymer blend. The unique honeycomb structure distributes impact energy particularly efficiently while allowing exceptional flexibility.
The open design significantly improves air circulation, allowing heat and moisture to dissipate much faster. The result is a protector that adapts perfectly to body movements and remains comfortable to wear even on long tours.
Compared to the previous generation of protectors, Rogue™ protectors are:

Many motorcycle protectors only meet the minimum CE standard requirements under standard conditions.
KLIM went significantly further.
All Rogue Level 1, Rogue Level 2, and Rogue EXP Level 2 shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee protectors pass the CE test under all four test conditions:

This ensures protection remains effective even under extreme conditions—whether you’re riding in summer heat, rain, or winter temperatures.
Rogue Level 1
Rogue Level 1 was developed for riders who want to combine maximum comfort with an especially lightweight protector.
With a material thickness of just 7.5 mm, it offers excellent freedom of movement and is suitable for numerous KLIM touring, adventure, and offroad garments.
Rogue Level 2
The Rogue Level 2 protectors offer even greater impact protection with a thickness of only 11 mm.
Despite the higher protection level, weight, flexibility, and ventilation remain at an exceptionally high level.
They are suitable both as replacements for existing protectors and as upgrades for older KLIM apparel.
Rogue EXP Level 2
With Rogue EXP Level 2, KLIM developed a completely new generation of protectors specifically for the latest premium suits.
EXP stands for Expanded Protection.
These protectors offer on average about 44% more protection area than conventional CE protectors, thereby protecting significantly larger areas on shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees.
Each protector has been specially designed for its specific position. Left and right sides differ, as do shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee protectors. This maximizes the protection area without restricting mobility.
