Application

1. Fill up to 500 ml of water
2. Distribute water evenly in the vest
3. Squeeze out excess water

How do I measure my size? 

Simply put: You can use your normal T-shirt size as a reference to determine your cooling vest size – this applies to 99% of people.

2. Waist: Measure where your waist circumference is the narrowest.
