📦 SHIPPING
We ship your orders daily from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Hüttenberg (Germany).

Within the EU: Delivery with DPD – optionally to your address or to a DPD parcel shop. The delivery time is usually 2–7 days.

Outside the EU: Shipping with DHL, delivery time depends on the destination country.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.
Shipping costs are automatically displayed in the shopping cart.
🔄 EXCHANGE
Ordered the wrong size? No problem!
Just write to us within 14 days of receipt at order@motorradventure.eu and we will find a solution for an uncomplicated exchange.
💶 RETURN & REFUND
Want to return an item? It’s very easy:

Please report the return by email within 14 days of receipt.

Please send the item back to us within another 14 days (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

Important: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags.
After receipt in our warehouse, we usually refund the amount within one week via the original payment method.

Please understand that we cannot accept the following items back:
