1. PRODUCTS
What is the patented Keis technology?
Heated elements sewn into the clothing generate warmth. This warmth is distributed throughout the garment by carbon microfibers. Carbon conducts heat particularly well and gives the feeling of being completely enveloped in cozy warmth.
How are Keis garments powered?
There are two options:

Connection to the vehicle battery via the supplied cable.

Operation with a separate Keis Li-ion battery, e.g., for vests or gloves.
How does fuse protection work?
Safety is the top priority at Keis. When connecting to the vehicle battery, the correct fuse must be inserted into the designated cable slot. Please refer to the respective product manual for the correct fuse ratings.
Can my motorcycle power all Keis products?
Larger motorcycles can usually power several products without problems. For smaller vehicles, you should check with the dealer about the maximum power consumption. Please note that 12V onboard sockets in the cockpit usually provide very low power and are unsuitable for heated jackets.
How hot do Keis products get?
The maximum temperature is about 40-45 °C – enough for comfortable warmth but safe for the skin.
How long does it take for a Li-ion battery to heat up?
That depends on several factors: power, outside temperature, and number of connected garments.
Are there extension cables?
Yes, we offer 30 cm and 60 cm extensions in the accessories category.
Can I connect multiple garments to one power source?
Yes. You can simply connect the products together. However, note: the more products powered by one battery, the shorter the runtime.
Can I wash Keis clothing?
Yes, by hand washing with mild soap. Do not use a washing machine or dryer.
Are there spare parts?
Yes, please ask your dealer or contact us directly by email.
Since when has Keis existed?
The brand has existed since 2007. However, the founder has been working in the field of heated clothing for over 30 years. Since 2017 Keis is also distributed in Europe.

Are Keis products available cheaper?
Keis relies on highest quality, state-of-the-art technology, and durable materials. Our prices reflect this quality. Discounts are only available in rare cases, such as clearance of discontinued models.

Are online orders secure?
Yes. All transactions are secured by a 256-bit SSL certificate – the same standard as banks. Credit card payments are processed via Shopify Payments. We do not have access to your bank or credit card data.

4. STOCK
Where is the Keis warehouse located?
Our products are stored in a professional logistics center in Hesse, Germany. Storage, packaging, and shipping with DPD take place there.
Which products are in stock?
We always strive to keep the entire range available. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed by us.
5. DELIVERY & RETURN
How much are the shipping costs?
The costs depend on the delivery country, weight, and volume of the order. The exact amount is shown during the ordering process.
Which shipping service provider is used for delivery?

Within the EU: DPD

Outside the EU: DHL
How long does delivery take?
Within the EU, the delivery time is usually 3–5 working days after order receipt. You can track your package online with the tracking number.
What to do if my delivery does not arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email upon shipping. If the delivery takes unusually long, please contact us directly.
How does an exchange for a different size work?
No problem – we cover the shipping costs. Just send us an email at order@motorradventure.eu, and we will explain the next steps.
How does a return work?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods (according to DPD delivery info). After that, you have another 14 days to return the products.

6. WARRANTY
How long is the warranty valid?

Heating elements in Keis clothing: lifetime warranty with normal use

Other products & components: 2 years warranty

Excluded are damages caused by accidents or improper use.
Our principle: We never abandon a customer. We always find a solution so your adventure can continue.
Who do I contact in case of a warranty?

For purchases in stores: please contact the respective dealer.

For purchases via www.motorradventure.shop: please contact us directly with your order or invoice number, problem description, and photos.
In case of a warranty claim, the customer bears the shipping costs to the German warehouse.
