Robust 5-layer construction for maximum durability

• Replaceable outer shell made of 1680D Ballistic Nylon and 600D Tarpaulin: protects the main bag in case of falls – can be replaced to make the bags look like new.
• Inner main bag also made of 1680D Ballistic Nylon & 600D Tarpaulin: remains fully functional even without the outer shell.
• Waterproof, removable inner bag (500D): 100% waterproof, mudproof, and dustproof. No rain cover needed.
• ABS stabilization plates (6 pieces per bag): maintain shape, protect contents from sharp objects, and distribute pressure evenly.
• Aluminum buckles made of 6061-T6 at all heavily stressed points – more break-resistant than plastic.
• Reinforced seams: all stress points are double and quadruple stitched – unique for softbags.
