Where can I buy products from Motorrad Venture in Europe?

Is the entire purchase process safe?

The financial transaction is secured by a SSL 256 bits encryption. We have no access to your payment data. Payments are handled and secured by Shopify Payment or PayPal.

Which kind of payments are accepted?

We offer payments by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, immediate transfer, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.



Where are the products located?

The products are located and managed in Wetzlar, Germany, in a professional warehouse. We mainly ship packages throughout Europe by DPD.

Have you got all products in stock?

We are endeavoured to have all products in stock. In any other case, we will inform you immediately.



What are the delivery conditions?

The delivery costs are determined for each delivery country during the ordering process. The delivery is made by DPD and takes between 2 and 6 working days.

If there are any delivery problems, please contact us directly. We will check it out for you.

Are return deliveries possible and will money be refunded?

If the ordered product doesn't meet your expectations, you can of course return the items at it’s your own expenses. You will be responsible for the immediately costs of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

Returns will only be accepted, if you inform us up to 14 days of receipt of the products. The actual return delivery must be send out within another 14 days. Products, including accessories, must be returned to the supplier undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.

After a standard receiving inspection immediately after delivery, we will refund your payment to you. If the return delivery doesn't accord to our required status for the condition, we reserve the right to only refund a partial amount of money.



How long will the guarantee last?

All products have a legal two-year warranty.
